No sites are allowed that install software, viruses, dialers,trojans, malicious or annoying javascript or code, illegal, hate, etc. or that ask to install software, etc....No sites that run searches/scripts, you know the sites that slow or stop the timer, make clicking noises, the page cant be closed...these sites are NOT allowed!!! Your page may not close the surf frame. ClicksnMore reserves the right to remove any site or member on a case by case situation. Rotators are allowed but all sites on the rotator MUST comply with my TOS. Do not add a site that does not comply with these rules to a rotator that is already approved. You will lose ALL credits on that site and more! Remember to turn OFF your popup blockers when testing your urls to be sure they comply. You agree to have only 1(one) account. I.P. addresses are tracked and accounts with the same I.P. addresses will be deleted without notification and with absolutely no refunds. ANY software, script, etc that makes the web page unviewable except for the surf bars is prohibited. Its called cheating. Anyone caught doing this will have their account immediately deleted with all credits, monies lost. Software like this cheats members who would like their pages seen, not just the "next" button. Members pay for or surf and earn their credits and do not want to be cheated out of them. You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. Any technique other than actually loading your surf page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the Terms Of Use, TOS, etc. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits unethically or in any other way besides manually viewing and clicking yourself. ANY MEMBER AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED FOR MISSING SURF VERIFICATION QUESTIONS ( YOU GET x CHANCES BEFORE GETTING SUSPENDED), WILL LOSE .50 (50 CENTS) FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS SHOULD ONLY APPLY TO THOSE TRYING TO CHEAT. If your suspended for cheating you will lose all credits and cash earned the last 24 hours and may have your account terminated. You may also lose all cash for cheating! Advertising your surf page in any way that attempts to get credits from other people's surfing is considered theft and your account may be terminated, again ALL credits/monies will be lost! and Cashing Out.... Clicksnmore is NOT an investment site of any kind Minimum payout for free members is $30.00. You must click the cash bonus links to claim the cash. There is a $2.00 charge to free members for payout, $1.00 for Silver/5.55 members for payout, and .50 for Gold members. If you are a non paying upgraded member, your payout is the same as a free member:....$30. This goes to those who win referring contests, other sites contests, etc. You MUST be a PAYING upgraded member to cash out a lower amount. Members are not allowed to upgrade then request a cashout, you MUST be a paying upgraded member for 3 paid months before any cashout at the lower amount. SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account. Legal action will be pursued by Clicksnmore.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you. You can be charged an fee of $200 for spamming or for causing problems with this domain name (clicksnmore.com) Please do not spam to promote your referral url, your account will be deleted. We have to abide with the anit-spam laws. I do not allow your referral URL to be advertised on a page with more than 3 others. I have seen referral pages like this and the site advertised is so small its worse than a banner. This is NOT ALLOWED at Clicksnmore due to the credits you earn from advertising your url. Your account will be suspended and credits removed. Sites like 4-steps are OK as only 4 sites are opened on the page. You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response., which is grounds for membership termination You agree to receive email from Clicksnmore or admin. Site news will be sent out occasionally, special offers, etc. You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by Clicksnmore. Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and Clicksnmore can not be held liable for any advertisers actions. Clicksnmore is NOT resposible for viruses, trojans, etc that come in thru the advertised sites. You should always run an updated virus protection, spyware protection and a firewall is also recommended. All are available for free at download.com and many other sites. No refunds will ever be made on any purchases Including credits, banner/text impressions, upgrades, startpage, packages, etc. If you cancel your subscription, your member status will then be "Free". & Free Upgrade Winners......
